I'd recommend making strawpolls or a google doc poll on your /pone/ thread for roster choices and music (goalhorn and a team anthem) and once that's done decide on positions, medals, cards, strategy and then submit an export as livemanaging is not being done for /icup/ games for reasons that you already saw on the pastebin. It'd be better, and many of us and the Commissioner seem to agree on this, if we don't livemanage at all and treat /icup/ as a volunteer effort between anons and keep games 100% random for the most part so that we can focus on board vs board banter and eliminate any staff circlejerking and focus on a directed effort to making something enjoyable for the 8chan community. However I'm just a simple volunteer and things will hopefully get solidified as we move forward which has become lightning fast in these last couple weeks which is a happy sight to see!
But so far you guys are doing a great job right now and I'm excited to see what you guys can come up with for logos and kits! Yes, you have to swap stuff. Import them to free adboards and make sure they're 1024x128 otherwise the compression will mess them up hard. I used Jenkey File Explorer.
Screenwipes are usually .usm format. Used Scaleform VideoEncoder for that.
The startup/match screens are a bit different. You have to find the .bin for that. Copy the original dtXX file, open it with PES Next-Gen CFM, find the .bin, export it, I'm not sure if you need JFE to import the picture or not (you'll also need to cut and rotate certain parts of the image, also keep the original resolution), when you have the dds image you want, use PES Next-Gen CFM APK module to upload it, then rebuild the cpk, extract it and paste the .bin in matching folder of your aesthetics export.
Team and league logos are 1:1 pngs.
