Its a shame this shit didnt happen 3 years ago when i was practically NEET and streamed movies and cartoons all the time. Got too much life now.

Requirements would probably be someone who can stream an almost lag free stream (480p or higher preferred) while playing music and being able to also hold a Skype call at the same time for color commentators with a video feed of the match (Xsplit broadcaster is able to feed into Skype Video call so…

Here's wat ya need to be able to handle:

-480p+ constant stream with little to no video lag
-play music during PES15.exe running
-hold a skype call for color commentators while having a rigcam running so color commentators can help commentate the games better (use Xsplit for best quality if your CPU can handle it)

You actually don't need a Rigcam. The 4CC had an invitational where a Slav was able to set the PES recorded by Xsplit to the Skype call. For some ungodly reason the rest of the 4CC hasn't adopted this yet.

If you still need streamers, I might be able to help you out. I've got the connection and the rig for it. Fuck, I might even be able to stream to both Twitch and Hitbox at the same time, and because Hitbox doesn't have a retarded delay like Twitch does I might not even need to niggerrig a cam for commentators. We'll see what's possible.

I've never done anythong with PES before though, but it seems like there's enough time left to fix that.
