I came across this photo on /fa and I'm curious as to how it came out so nice looking.

I'm assuming that it's from the composition and the color-grading.

There's also something else about it, almost like there's a filter placed on top of it that makes it appear almost like it's vector based. I've never seen a more soothing photo than this.

Does anyone else see what I'm talking about? Anymore photos like this?

1) Choose dark pale background and bright thing which you put shoes on.

2) Use the lens to blur background.

3) Use cloudy weather to avoid shadows.

The contrast is reduced but colour grading is not significant in this case. You may always experiment with tone curve to get desired look.

The photo appears innatural to me because the contrast is reduced and this brightness is not quite expected from a daylight photo, even in cloudy weather.

Something to note is that the shoes are very clean and not scratched, like they are brand new. Im sure that is also important.
