Is this board just for /pol/ writing or all writing in general? It may be more successful and active if it is the latter.

The latter. As the title suggests, it's for everyone.
Although the writing should try to stay political, nobody is going to go crazy if it strays.

Maybe there could be sections in published pdf…one for politics, one for general fiction, and maybe one for random unclassifiable works. Kind of like how National Geographic usually has one political peice, one scientific peice, and one natural history peice in each issue–there's something for everyone. Plus, I'm interested in politics, but not all of my writing is political, and it would be dumb to start a separate board for general fiction writing since that would just split the community up.

There was a big thing about this in the original /pol/ thread

I agree. Generally, if "this thing" we are to make shouldn't just focus on one thing or the other, because, quite frankly, the reader might get too bored with it.

If I understand correctly, then the purposeful writings should focus on /pol/ tier topics (Aristocratic morality, far right political view, realistic perception of race and gender, and the family unit).

These topics can be presented in non-fiction as fact write ups, how to's, historical viewpoints.
Fiction should not be discarded, because many of these ideas get across better through stories and poems. The human being thinks in senses, in stimuli. Being a competent writer and striking with your work the nerves of perception will quite a lot more efficiently further the ideas we wish to present than stale and base data.

There is room for both, for both attack from either side.
