Evening Morgoth and all Dusty Strangers, firstly I'd like to extend a warm thank you for providing such a vast array of knowledge for everyone to freely access, it's been an honour to learn from this library.

Also, forgive me, as I have plenty of books that I wish to upload but I can't due to my device's inability to send PDFs.

Found an add-on for firefox that helped to download all links very fast.

It's very effective, not just for downloading pdf's, but images or webm too (you can select the download parameter).

Why would we need the Admins' permission to post links to torrents?

There's no special functionality needed, the text of a magnet link is the link itself. It's very much like a URL except it resolves using the DHT instead of DNS like normal.

Torrent Freak has a decent write up on the DHT scheme if you're curious: https://torrentfreak.com/common-bittorrent-dht-myths-091024/

Most web browsers will even recognize magnet links and open them with your default torrent program. If they don't you can add them yourself by using the "Add Link to Torrent" or similar option under the File or New drop down menus at the top.

This link will resolve to an old torrent for Meditations by Marcus Aurelius or example:
