Firstly..
Boku Girl
Effeminate young man gets turned into a girl by Loki for shits and giggles. Literally. Loki just wants to watch her squirm and suffer for his/her own entertainment.
What follows is a little of the usual stuff. Dress up. Trying to keep up appearances as a boy… and the best kind of romance as the main character and her best friend both grapple with their possible feelings for each other.
25 chapters in with the next dozen or so already translated. It's apparently selling very well in Japan, so it looks like it will be going for the foreseeable future.

Wimpy doormat character tries to save someone who got pinned during an earthquake. Turns out that guy was some sort of magic space Prince, and he's decided that he wants wimpy dude as his bride. He turns wimpy dude into a hot chick and shenanigans ensue.
First volume or so is pretty good, but the series really suffers when it gets away from the main character and the prince, and starts focusing on the annoying brother character, or the petty alien politics, or wasting numerous chapters with a genuinely unlikable rival character.
Occasionally, it does have some sweet moments and it does seem to be moving towards an actual ending.

Megu Miruku
Two friends get a wish granted by what turns out to be an angel after an argument. The wish was for one of them to become a girl.
Now, whenever the main character is kissed, he changes gender. Into a girl if kissed by a guy (usually his friend), or into a boy if kissed by a girl.
Even with that, the main character spends nearly all of the series as a girl.
It's a little bit more light hearted and stupid, but it's fairly short and has an okay ending.. at least at first. Then it just goes with a gag ending which is a little unsatisfying.

Baseball player is forced to crossdress as part of a lost bet, or something. He kind of likes it and tries crossdressing again, but afterwards, finds he's actually turned into a girl.
Actually goes into some of the consequences and emotional difficulties of such a change. It's played straight for the most part, with only a bit of humor to lighten the mood.
Unfortunately, it ends so suddenly that you don't even realize it until you go back and check that the last chapter actually says "the end" instead of "continued"

BlazBlue Remix Heart
First and foremost, it's slightly more of a BlazBlue manga than a TG manga, in the long run. There's a number of references and characters and dramatic reveals that might mean more to you if you're really into BlazBlue's lore, but you can still enjoy the series for what it is without knowing a damned thing.
The story is about a young man who was turned into a woman by a mysterious grimoire before the story starts. In an effort to turn back, she enrolls in some kind of military magic academy, where she immediately befriends a group of girls.
A good amount of the series is all about Mai, the main character, and her mixed feelings about being a girl and her gradual adjustment to it. Over the course of the series you actually see her becoming less self-conscious about it and her identity issues play out nicely, but the series doesn't really resolve a lot of the big questions, though it's pretty clear what Mai wants by the end.
Other than that, this series has a lot moments that feel like advertisements for being a girl and how great it is. It's a good thing, but it also makes it a little disheartening when the series goes for multiple chapters without really getting back to the good stuff. The entire last third of the series is pretty much just battles and big bad guys showing up to start shit.
Would highly recommend. It's not that long and it's a nice self contained story with extra fan service in there for BlazBlue players.

Strange those who cohabit - kid gets reality-stabilizer police falling into his reality(i.e. bed), tells him there are multiple realities crossing their beams in his house that may alter things if they don't fix them right away. Disbelief until gender-bent one frame later. Best part is the humor imo, but it helps that there is a lot of reality warping too.
