This has to be one of the most intelligent boards on 8chan right now. I'm very glad I've found this board.
Anyway, what does /32/ feel about Master Suppression techniques?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Master_suppression_techniques Are there any missing from this list? Any clear cut examples to show? How do we reverse the effects?
Picture unrelated, nothing in my folders are related.

Oh, by the way, ignore the 'female' part and add it to society as a whole.
Example: Person with opinion that does not conform is given an audience and hosts that do not agree with him. His voice is heard, but everyone disagrees, therefore telling the program watcher that his opinion should not be counted.

Images are not required for the OP.
May I ask how you came to know about this board (for future reference)?

It is interesting that the majority of the internet sources claim the techniques were discovered by Berit Ås, instead of Ingjald Nissen. I am also findign ti hard to find a list with the original 9 techniques instead of the new 7 by Ås. Could it be because the old list didn't fit the narrative by including techniques used by women on men, or perhaps that had nothing to do with domination of males over females?
It seems that these techniques must be used on an individual basis, and not very prominently in large media initiatives.
Here are some solutions I can identify for if one is being oppressed/dominated by someone using these techniques:
Making invisible:
Make the consequences of not listening to you very grave, e.g. by discussing only very crucial information people will constantly pay attention to you because of your extremely efficient noise-signal ratio.
Ridicule:
Not only make yourself as least ridicule as possible (don't dress and act like a clown), but by pointing out the hypocrisy of those who ridicule you by making fun of them back. It is also possible to completely ignore what is being said about you and once again make all of what you say important, therefore forcing them to take you seriously.
With hold information:
By going over them and informing your boss of what is being done (with proof, obviously). This can be very problematic, as you will be seen as someone who does not respect the chain of command. Alternatively, one can say nothing but make the consequences of those actions very visible.
Double bind:
Seems like the best course of action is to refuse to do any work until actual parameters are implemented. If not matter what you do is wrong, stop caring about trying to do your job right. Preferably Blimp up on things that seem like that person's responsibility.
Heap blame:
Act like a special snowflake and sue everyone for everything.
Objectification:
See above, especially effective with current media trends.
Force/Threat:
Make yourself a for to be reckoned with. Make veiled conter-threats that cannot be traced back to you. Document everything and gather proof, so that if force is actually used you can either sue or claim self-defense.
It is noteworthy that all of those can also be turned against the dominator.

Trying to fool your own microexpression and reading other people's thoughts with it. Kind of like Walden two.
