Cereal usually something with chocolate in it for breakfast, a ham sandwich and a chocolate miniroll for lunch yes, I'm that guy, and dinner can vary.
We never have anything super crazy though, just things like sausages and chips, pepperoni pizza, chicken curry, spaghetti bolognese, roast dinner once a week. In recent years we've started having things like chicken wraps and stir fry, which I think of as being quite exotic, but I know they probably aren't.

Thanks mate. Quick question, how does everyone know what to get when having foreign stuff? On the rare occasion that my family has a chinese take-away or something, they always go next door to get me a saveloy and chips from the chippy because I don't understand what all that asian stuff is. I'd just waste everyone's time by staring blankly at the menu for 30 minutes.

just order something at random mate. A good bet would be sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice, it's a pretty quintessential Chinese takeout dish so you're likely to enjoy it. You just need to sort of pick things at random and try them if you don't have any real knowledge of food.
Every single chinese in existence will stock this, so you don't even need to look at the menu. Just tell them that's what you want.

Their early work was a little too 'new-wave' for my taste, but when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own - both commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor. In '87, Huey released this, Fore!, their most accomplished album. I think their undisputed masterpiece is "Hip To Be Square", a song so catchy most people probably don't listen to the lyrics - but they should! Because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it's also a personal statement about the band itself!

…there is an idea of a lad, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real lad, only an entity, something illusory, and though I can down my cold pint and you can waggle my willy and feel flesh against yours and maybe you can even sense our banter is probably comparable: I simply am not there. It is hard for me to get twatted on any given level. The Banter is fabricated, an aberration. I am a noncontingent willy waggler. My personality is cheeky and unformed, my absolute madness goes deep and is persistent. My conscience, my pity, my stella disappeared a long time ago (probably at Nandos). if they ever did exist. There are no more slags to shag. All I have in common with the lad and the madman, the vicious and the evil, all the banter I have caused and my utter indifference toward it, I have now surpassed. I still, though, hold on to one single bleak truth: just b urself, works for me tbh. Yet I am blameless. Each model of vauxhall corsa must be assumed to have some validity. Is cheeky something you are? Or is it something you do? My pain is constant and sharp and I do not hope for a better world for any lad. In fact, I want my bants to be inflicted on others. I want no one to escape. But even after admitting this—and I have countless times, in just about every act I’ve committed—and coming willy-to-willy with these truths, there is no catharsis. I gain no deeper knowledge about myself, no new understanding can be extracted from my telling. There has been no reason for me to tell you any of this. This confession has meant fuck all tbh lads….

It's definitely not the speakers if you get sound cutting in and out by swivelling the jack in your laptop's output socket.
It's either the cable / jack itself (worn, a poorly soldered joint, a break in the wire somewhere, etc.) or the socket in question (worn, dusty, etc.), but if you say it's happening with your ipod using the same cable as well, that pretty much confirms it to be a dodgy cable.
If you swap the cable around (assuming it's a 3.5mm jack to jack), does the problem move to the other end?

This is the best I could find, I emailed them about it and it's tempered steel, and that the tang looks traditional (although they said they dont sell it as such, supplier didnt give them the info, and I assume they cant state it on the page for legal reasons)
I havent actually bought it though, and it's based on a medieval civil war design, but it's the best you'll get for that sort of price.

Computer / internet addiction isn't a joke, it's very real and will fuck your life over if used without limits or a specific purpose or goal in mind. If you think you aren't addicted, just try and not use your computer or the internet for a day, or perhaps even a week (besides for things you absolutely need to do, like studying, looking for jobs, working, paying bills, etc.). If you're anything like me, you'll be reporting back before the day is even half done.
It can be done though, but you'll need to write a list of things to do, and use self discipline to stay focused.

I've always found people get to obsessed with meta-gaming when it comes to card games, and I feel it really sucks the enjoyment out of it. Hearthstone is a massive example.
It just stops you running stuff that's really really fun but only somewhat effective, which is my favourite thing about card games, gimick cards become essentially useless and the enemy just wipes you out super fast.
