What you're saying makes no sense. Slimcat invited F-listers to it; I got an invite in notes when the site was first being worked on. The profiles ask your sexual kinks. It was definitely intended to host fucking, which means kids can't use it even if adults might be using it for nonsexual RP.

Of course it's not his responsibility until he finds out. That's the same as F-list. No one's suggesting he should card people upon making an account.

What people are complaining about is that the terms specifically appear to be inviting 13 year olds to use it. When it could just as easily say 'no one under 18 can use adult content', none of that 'at large' nonsense, and that solves the weirdness of how it looks.
