at cheap price, as "starter"? probably not.
If nothing else a PSA "best seller" will have built in "community support" if it has any quirks that need sorting out.
Sorta like why I recommend newbies first PC is a laptop. You can take it to smart people for them to show you how to do stuff or WTF you did wrong.
