I can't really think of an anime with 'proper' Kemono? (going by what Kemono is in the manga scene, and what majority posted here). There's certainly funny animal/talking animal (like Keroro Gunsou), and '10% furry'/'animal heads'/anthro/american-style like the TMS-produced shows made for the West…

They're more a mascot form, but maybe Jewelpets?

Polar Bear Cafe is roughly 50/50 humans and animals. (or maybe its more animals than humans, I haven't watched it in a while) Not full furry/kemono, but the show mainly focuses on the animal characters.

Ushio to Tora has true kemono but the cast is/looks mostly human.
