I know the anniversary was in October, but i stumbled against some scan for the 5 years of the game, and I thought about making this thread.
Did you play it ? Do you have fond memories of it ?
It's the game that definitely brought me into furry/kemono, at the time I only wanted to pirate a game on my R4 to spend the time in summer vacation when I would be bored.

I heard plenty of talk recently about the move to Infinity Next and I was wondering about the future of our board. How can we move all our stuff there before the jump to Infinity happens? I have seen that a board like /kraut/ has already managed to copy threads from 8ch to Infinity Next. I really wouldn't want us to lose all the stuff we have right now.

What happened to the board?
If you haven't been here in the last few days, you might have noticed all the threads are gone, and won't know why.
About two weeks ago, during regular maintenance of my browser, I must have deleted my login cookies for /kemono/, and didn't notice, as the board moved so slow, and people were almost universally cooperative, I never needed to administrate.
Well after not logging in for 2 weeks, that makes the board eligible to be claimed by anyone who wishes to do so. We'll call the person who did "Dolan".
Now unfortunately for us, Dolan is what we call "Baby's first admin", and decided to swing his power around unnecessarily for funsies, starting with deleting all the posts by the old owner, without seeing what threads would be deleted, as they were started by the old owner, so there goes the discussions thread, the kemololi thread, the kemoshota thread, the male thread, and the female thread, four of which were the longest of all our threads.
The community predictably revolted, and started shitposting about Dolan, I sat back and waited, talking to users in the IRC, while Dolan sent me several emails telling me he'd make me a volunteer, but he was the boss now. I sent him one email explaining to him that he's pissed off just about everyone in the community and if he refused to cede his owner position, then we'd all move to a new board and he could enjoy his empire of dirt.
Luckily he was reasonable, and gave me back the board, I'll be careful not to make such a stupid mistake regarding cookies in the future.
I'm working on getting the board back up to speed, I'll be working on this for a week or two, posting over content from the old threads from archives, and reposting the content from the interim board we used at >>>/kemo/ .
I'd appreciate any help you can give in doing so, if you need to coordinate, you can talk in the IRC or send me an email, directions to the IRC are in the info sticky.
