30-minute 2spoopy Lustmørd track (called Untitled) not on jewboob and I'm too lazy to feed it through Windows Movie Maker with an album pic to make it a video so here, play it in the background while you're reading creepypastas for maximum scurry:

Finally found it a couple days ago.
Apparently 'La Folia' is a really old tune with hundreds of variations.

Neato, someone else who likes H△G. I came across Mili first, but then found out that they did a lot of arrangements of songs from H△G and vice versa, and grew to love both.
I always hoped H△G got more attention, because I love a lot of their songs, but Mili seems like the more popular older sister of the two.

I listen to this when I voluntarily want to feel depressed. Even when I'm happy this can get me extremely blue.
If you're depressed or anything I really don't recommend being a curious cat.

I think I've never met another person who is into Tesseract.
Their first two albums maybe were a bit hard to get into, but I think Polaris is their most accessible (and refined) album yet.

Most Touhou metal arranges are very riff-heavy and feature female leads, and that gets boring very quickly.
I wonder whether Plini is into shmups…

You've never met me then m8
But I have to disagree with your taste; I think One was their best album, and Polaris was too weak on the djent/chug side of things.
That said Tourniquet is one of my favorite songs across all three albums.
In other news, this is what I'm listening to right now.

I actually like One the least. I can see why you dislike Altered State and Polaris though, both are more on the "soft" side.
In my opinion, the clean vocals and the spherical, melodic ambience fit the wistful melancholy and longing that is very unique to the band's musical style better.
I remember them saying that Tompkins' harsh vocals on One were mainly implemented out of concern of not being accepted by the sub-culture back then. If I remember correctly, bands like Vildhjarta and Uneven Structure used it for great effect.
I guess that, since rough vocals were out of O'Hara's range, AS was a lot more mellow and experimental, though they already used saxophone solos in their demo. I wish more people did that, the only other album with it that springs to mind is after by Ihsahn.
I love Tourniquet, but Hexes and and Seven Names have been running on repeat ever since I got the album.

I have just the thing for you. This is a record that was released in 1994 in the depths of the Russian Federation in extremely limited quantities (500 or less). It's really rare but it's a fucking gem, the guitar tone fits more first wave black metal than anything and the singer sounds like the result of years in the Zone drinking vodka and having his vocal cords radiated. This LP rip kinda sucks, I'd recommend you to get it off Soulseek or something.
