I learned it the hard way.

All in all, the /vg/ general is tolerable, it has its good moments and it has its incredibly insufferable moments aswell. The latter are more common, though I've met at least 2 cool dudes there which I shared Steam profiles with.

But alot of content creators go there to shill their shit, which I don't really care for that much, but whatever. I do have a gripe with Fatz Geronimo though, there's something about him that just ticks in the wrong places for me.

I don't know how to explain it, really. There's just something about him and his art… it irks me.

I suppose it's envy of sorts, which would make sense I guess. But there's more to it, I think, maybe it's the content of his products that I dislike.

It makes sense, yeah, and I'm okay with dudes showing what they have to offer. But the /vg/ general has gotten to absurd levels of circlejerk and asslicking regarding these content creators, to the point where they don't even need to make anything anymore, they just brand names on their posts and do whatever under the guise that they did a thing once.
