if you don't know, it's a moddable undertale engine that allows you use Lua to make your own monsters and encounters.

it's pretty [spoiler]bare bones[spoiler] at the moment, but hopefully the Dev will get his shit together enough to get a working overworld, photoshop-like layering and maskes..
