Balance Changes and Fixes:
>Increased the health drain for Undyne in Undying mode from 25HP per second to 50

>Lesser Dog’s headbutt attack can now be cancelled into itself.

>Increased the hitbox of the giant bone in Papyrus' level 3 hyper
