If you want to go full autism mode I would recommend dandelion tea because it's made from yellow flowers. But be aware that it tastes really bitter. But at least it has some positive side effects

Other alternatives:

White flower; but makes you a bit sleepy, maybe a dream-inducing state, and my tip is to look for Chamomile Citrus teas because they taste great and leave a certain "freshness" feeling

>Chrysanthemum tea

Yellow flower; tastes a bit shitty but is used in Chinese medicine agains flu and sore throat

Looks actually a bit yellow-ish when boiled, tastes really good 8/10 tea

>ginger lemon tea

Tastes extremely good, has a yellow lemon and the ginger adds a really nice, subtle spice to it. It helps to loose weight too

NEVER EVER use sugar in your teas. The best is to leave it out completely, but if you really need some more sweetness you americuck, use at least honey
