I've always wondered, why the hell don't the characters have casual attire?

I mean, for goodness's sake, when they go out on a covert operation they dress like they're going clubbing. Whey not just hoodies and jeans if they don't want to look conspicuous? Why does Jaune only get this attire?

It really breaks suspension of disbelief to just have them walking around in their costumes all the time.
