That's good to know. I've been reading a bit of that Gornahoor blog. The author references Guenon quite a bit, along with Evola so some of his writings go over my head. I'll get round to Evola at some point but probably not straight after Guenon.

I got up early and helped my mum chop up the remains of a couple of trees in our garden that my sister's fiance chopped down the other day, and then we took it all to the dump. We did three trips in total, all in all it took 3 and a half hours, and we've only cleared about 1/10th of what's there. It's gonna take at least a month to clear it all, especially as there's two more tall trees to come down yet.

Regardless of your point, I'm saying that when "asians" is used colloquially in the UK it always means south asians, including (if not especially) pakis, at least as far as I'm aware can't speak for anywhere beyond South East England, but it seems to be general consensus here so….
Using "asians" to refer to chinks and japs is an americanism, not some kind of BBC tactic, so when a British poster says on a British board:

…almost everyone will automatically believe that he is talking about a south asian.

I hope I can start lifting again at some point. I used to be a pretty big guy; I could bench 75kg, deadlift 110, and squat 100, and was making good progress, both aesthetics and strength wise, but then I fucked my shoulder up. I spent a year resting and rehabbing it, and it's now better…but now my other one's fucked, so I'm going through the same process with it. At least with the first injury I knew how it happened (inadvertently putting 10kg too much on the bar and OHPing it), but with this, I don't have a clue. I guess it just became weak and fragile through inactivity and I've strained it somehow. It's really killing me. Being strong, fit, and aesthetic is one of the best feelings in the world.

I didn't get on well at all with my first two CBT therapists, but with my current one we've actually made a little bit of progress. What got the ball rolling was an anon on another board convincing me to write a note before my first session which explained that I have great difficulty speaking when I'm anxious, and that I mostly just freeze up and stare at the floor, despite the fact I can communicate pretty well at home, and when I was younger.
I initially really didn't want to write a note before this because I was really worried about coming off as an autistic retard plus I didn't know what to write, but that was completely irrational thinking and basically just my own avoidance overruling my ability to think straight and do it. The therapist really appreciated me writing and handing in the note however, and it's lead to us actually getting somewhere rather than just sitting in silence for weeks with them asking random questions and me giving little to no response.
Last Tuesday he got me after much resistance to read out two random articles into a dictaphone, then with my permission he played it back and got me to rate it out of 10 in terms of loudness, confidence, clarity, pronunciation, perceived anxiety, how boring I sounded, etc. Then, before my next session he's going to play it to other members of staff anonymously of course, and get them to rate it as well, then we'll look at the results.

I'm 24, I've been NEET and had no IRL or online friends for 5 years, I was hikki and virtually never left my bedroom for 7 years, and I only started going outside the house on my own last year. I lurked halfchan for 5 years before I made my first post, and the first few times gave me panic attacks.
I spent the last year trying to establish and maintain a shower and sleep routine, which has only recently stabilised. I went to a shop and bought something for the first time in my life last September, but I've only done it 4 times since then so it's still terrifying. Streaming on twitch with no mic to these guys and playing WoW with them were milestones in my progress towards overcoming social anxiety.
I'm currently working with a therapist to try and build vocal and communication confidence, to try and start using telephones, sending emails, etc., which right now scares the absolute shit out of me.
So in other words, yes.

That's who I'm with for social anxiety, it's pretty cheapo compared to private therapists I've had two before, we got nowhere though and it has all that multiculturalism and pro-faggotry propaganda plastered all over the walls, but my therapist isn't too bad and it's "free" so I can't complain too much.
I think it comes from a wide variety of things, but some major factors would be the fact I wasn't allowed to play outside as a kid, my parents splitting up when I was 7 and my mum bringing in her new boyfriend from Sunderland a week later, my mum working all day and her boyfriend sleeping all day so I grew up having to be silent around the house, generally falling into avoidant behaviour habits as I hit my teens, choosing to focus on making music in my bedroom and neglecting any schoolwork and all friendships I had at the time, and becoming almost completely socially isolated for 7 years besides my mum occasionally poking her head into my room to check I hadn't killed myself.

Alcohol and drugs have taken a toll on his body so when I was 18 (he tried to make contact after 7 years) I said that i hated him, haven't spoken to him since, daydream about killing him. I told my mum i resent her for her liberal arrogance, she loves corbyn - the whole nine.
Liberals genuinely seem to be doing satan's bidding, but its hard because i do believe they're just not rational enough to see it.

/improve/'s Discord group. I've been communicating via text with them on there for a couple of months, which was a challenge of it's own to begin with, but my previous experiences with the twitch chat and the wow guild on here made it easier.
I was always way too afraid of voice chat to even consider doing it, despite a few user's consistent "JUST DO IT"s, but today someone just took me through it one step at a time, like connecting to the voice chat while muted, unmuting and just tapping the mic, then coughing, then saying "hi", etc. It got to a point where I just wanted to see how far I could push myself.
Next challenge is to just not leave it too long before trying again, and to keep it up consistently. I swear I'm going to improve my vocal confidence and communication skills if it's the last thing I do.

bill clinton, pedophile rapist, listen The Meditations as his favourite book.
i suggest you do away with such new age philosophies, that merely want you to "be good" without defining good itself.
"Let opinion be taken away, and no man will think himself wronged. If no man shall think himself wronged, then is there no more any such thing as wrong."

marcus encourages this by saying "They are like this because they can't tell good from evil" about his fellow man. if a man is manipulated into thinking he has not been cheated, he has not been cheated, even if he is too stupid to know the difference between right and wrong.
