Let's talk about UTAU!
No.309

No.310
You mean Teto and her bitches?
No.311
You guys have a top 5 UTAU list?
My favorites are Teto, Matsudappoiyo, Ritsu, Makimiya Fuuki and Mani Hatsu in that order.
No.312
>>311>top 5 listnot really
but recently I have taken a liking to Amaga Elu and Gahata Meiji.
No.314
>>312>Gahata MeijiI've only heard of her now, but she sounds great.
No.315
>>314She has some great covers(often better than the original) but I'd like to see some original songs too.
No.316
Tadano Onnanoko and Haruna Tekubi are pretty!

No.340
>>337I think he's a tuned a little too high(pitch?) in this.
No.344
>>340It's probably the octaves. But what do I know, I'm not an UTAU expert.

Why are the UTAU and Vocaloid communities so shitty? No matter how horrible the UTAU/Vocaloid someone used sounds, there'll always be people that'll say "ERMEHGERD *insert UTAU/Vocaloid name here* sounds so good <333". The worst part is nobody will ever try to point out the flaws of said song/UTAU/Vocaloid, and if somebody does, they'll get shit for it.
No.346
>>345I think that applies to any community(most) nowadays. It's probably the current generation of young people.
>Nueva Respuestawhen did my interface become Spanish?
>You look like a botoh boy
No.347
>>345The UTAU community is extremely shitty and egotistical. That's why I adore the anonymity here.
No.348
>>347Do you mean in general, or a certain forum/site/western part?
I don't frequent forums, but most UTAUs licenses seem fair.(I only care about Japanese ones mostly though)
No.349
>>348I'm not really talking about the UTAUs themselves, but the people who made them. Lots of UTAU users on the Western side are very full of themselves. I'm not sure about the Japanese side, but the Western side is very bad. But I feel like things go down on the Japanese side too, UTAUs like Matsudappoiyo and Ama Shiine were discontinued for seemingly no reason.
No.350
>>346Good point.
>>347>>348>>349This seems to be most prominent in soundcloud and tumblr, and most UTAU owners/Vocaloid users come from tumblr. From what I've seen anyway.
Fucking tumblr. No.351
>>349Well, it's their choice to discontinue them, maybe they had their reasons.
I assume things are better on the Eastern side simply because of the culture.
Except for MMD models. That looks like a very mixed bag of "what you are and aren't allowed to do". And most models are very "limited".
No.1504
I like Hakaine Maiko a lot
No.1522
>>1504Hakaine Maiko is glorious.

happy birthday, Miko!

Probably my favourite.
No.4147
>>3846It's possible to pirate the program, but people still don't do it, it's seriously looked down on in the community from what I read. So I don't think a UTAU rip of it is going to be appealing to anyone
