So the first two bubbles here had the phrase "勝てば官軍負ければ賊軍" which more or less translates to something like "The forces of justice/the government will always win over the forces of evil/rebels", but that was way too long, so have something that means the same more or less.
The small text in the 2nd panel is internet slang and apparently means exactly that (it more or less translates directly to "normals should explode" or something)

The "BLAHBLAHBLAH" is originally something else, as seen in the second picture, but it's irrelevant to the "plot". If anyone feels like translating it, go ahead.
The phrase in the second page, 嫌なものは嫌なの - 好きなものは好き is worded vague, as もの can mean both thing (物) or person (者). I chose to use "things", as "things you like" can also be people.

It was much happier & positive compared to the song. The ending for the manga chapter only reaches halfway through the song.
It doesn't show Rin's death. And although the chapter doesn't show it but heavily implies it, Len died in front of Rin :(. But then again, in this version of Kokoro, Rin had a heart right from the very beginning.

I don't know the lyrics exactly so I don't know how closely they follow the songs. The Summer Idol one was pretty spot on I think.
