Yeah. Gumi at least has a dedicated song thread in the catalog already though. Kaito does as well, so maybe he shouldn't be included either.

IA is popular enough that she's got her own video game coming out, and if I'm not mistaken is the most successful new V3 Vocaloid in terms of NND views.

In order for those who can't read Japanese characters:
Miku, Gumi, Rin, IA, Kaito, Len, Luka, Yukari, Meiko, Gakupo, Lily, Iroha, Lapis, Rana, Kokone, Mayu, Zola Project, Zunko, VY2, VY2, CUL, Kiyoteru, vFlower, Miki, Yuki, Merli, Mew, Galaco, Nana, Piko (30th)…

Of the ones in OP's pic Akikoloid, Rion, SeeU and the blue-haired one on the left I don't even recognize are outside the top 30.

I think any of them with fewer users than Yukari could be considered unpopular.
