Holy shit this only took forever, and I halfway gave up, so apologies if the quality of the translation is slightly off. On the bright side, the rest of the volume has no more of these kanji-hell pages.
so the original text on the left in the second panel on page 11 had "モスンターぺアレント", which really makes no sense (unless I am completely misreading it). However, swapping the second and third katakana gives "モンスターぺアレント", translating to "monster parent", or helicopter parent (overly protective parent). I assumed it is simply a typo in the original japanese and went with the second version, as this also fit with the "title" of the strip being "モンぺ".
Then, the text on the left of the third panel on the same page had a kanji I've never seen before and can't find translation for anywhere (or even how it's pronounced), so I just guessed at what it meant. I still hope the overall joke comes through.

Maybe direct translation + explanation, unless you find a way to make the joke work.

It's not monday, but fuck it.
I don't really like giving these types of long TL notes as it feels like explaining jokes, but the jokes on these pages are good examples of ones that really only work in japanese.
For those who don't know, when saying "I" in japanese, you can say it in a lot of different ways, having different meanings. The most normal ones are "watashi" (gender neutral and polite), "atashi" (feminine), "uchi" (feminine, actually means "we/our" referring to a group one belongs to, but is used as "I" by girls), "boku" (masculine, formal), "ore" (masculine, casual), or simply using your first name (seen more as "cute", more common among young girls). These are just some ways (Lapis uses "watakushi", which is even more formal, matching her general formal way of speaking), but hopefully it will make the jokes easier to understand.

I looked into it a bit, and it's currently not in stock it seems.
There seems to be a restock incoming in september, but I can't reserve it as I don't have a japanese address which toranoana requires to register/order.
For now we'll just have to wait until next month and see if it gets restocked.
