In my case, it's Jonathan "JoCo" Coulton.

He's that Computer Club Nerd who decided to join the Battle of the Bands in High School, and managed to win the world along with the trophy.

Later I found out he's the song writer for both Portal games.

No matter your interests, his music is amazing, at least in my opinion. Based on his style, I almost thought he was from California I swear…

His 4-part "Thing a Week" Album I especially recommend:

>He didn't know who Jonathan Coulton was

Underageb& detected. Everyone knew him as the "Portal End Credits Guy" and he also sang the end credits to Portal 2. He was semi-big in the mid to late 2000s machinima scene. A big chunk of his discography people remember from him was this project he started where he challenged himself to write one new song a day month of something like that. Now he just makes me nostalgic for that decade

If you're allowed to express your political standpoints no matter how extreme, then I think Mark is allowed to call you a ill fucking retarded cocksucking piece of shit in return.

Most 8chan users are LARPING because only one anon actually had the drive to achieve his in my opinion fucking heinous goal. Most users shitpost all day instead of putting any work or taking any risks to change anything.

Iceland's probably gonna be most talked about: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ELSP8zqhXo

Portugal's pretty weird too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xSbp8lwCQp8

France has a good chance of winning: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VydsMYa9lyI

San Marino's pretty fun: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5arNtTYK1s

The specific type of synth horns heard about 20 seconds into this. It doesn't make me instantly change the song, but it always stands out so strongly to me that it bothers me a little bit somehow. The ukulele is like this except it actually does make me want to switch the song.

 No.100270

>>100268

I don't necessarily mind them in this song, but I find most PCM-based brass sounds fall in a no man's land between sounding realistic and synthetic and just come across as corny. I love sampled string sounds, though, so go figure.

I agree. It may not play into their strengths like the preceding albums, but "Chessboards", "Wintergardens" and "Exile" are all solid songs. "Exile" is an underrated B-side.
