/d/ Creative Secret Santa
The idea is simple: a Secret Santa where instead of buying something for someone, you make something!
Anyone interested must fill out the form below and put it into the Secret Santa present/drop box before December 10th. After that, you will be given back someone else’s form which you can use as a guideline to make something for them! The Secret Santa event will go on until the 24th, at which point gifts will be given out – but you’re welcome to give them the gift any time before then!
Rules:
1. Everyone should have some sort of artistic skill they can use to make something for someone else. DON’T JOIN IF YOU JUST WANT SOMETHING WITH NO EXPECTATION OF GIFTING SOMETHING IN RETURN
2. Do not over-exert yourself, you have two weeks to make something - don’t do something that will take four!
3. Keep all content as something easily sent over Second Life or E-mail. No real life objects to be sent in the mail.
4. Gifts aren’t required to be lewd, but hey this is /d/.
5. If you still do want to be apart of the Secret Santa and arent creative in any way if are welcome to purchase your gift, but creative gifts are prefered
*Note: You’re not required to follow their interests, but it’s generally recommended – you wouldn’t want to make them something that they won’t like!
Here are some gift ideas that you may feel free to use (but don’t limit yourself to just these!):
- An in-world object that fits within their interests
- Art of their avatar
- A lewd story featuring their avatar; or maybe a poem?
