The Maitreya ones just don't look natural, they look like tits would look suspended by a bra. Mesh body creators don't really have sex deviants in mind. They just want something that looks like a barbie doll and is easy to make clothing for.

If you're not trying to get head sized breasts, you can just either make a separate shape, separate physics layer, or both for when you're naked to get a somewhat more natural look.

Might also use it with outfits that clearly don't have a bra as well.
