Kopy's a necessary evil. if he just up and packed his stuff up and left, there would be a great big power gap which every two-bit fraud would try to fill. Remember when esteban winsmore quit SL? Remember how there was a sudden influx of idiocy on account of no big persona to keep them in check? I'd say it's sort of the same situation here; Without kopy taking the flak from the griefing community, they'd spread out like anarchists and hit anything they could. It's always good for a pack to have an omega wolf. That one buttmonkey that everyone can always look at and say both "at least I'm not that guy" and "I never want to be that guy". That second one is relevant because if the omega didn't exist, one of those any-attention-is-good-attention sorts would claim the role, just to be the "most" something, so they can have some way to stand out and be remembered, even if the "most" they're remembered for is "most awful".
