but i don't think this means treating it as some sort of cosplay. in the west, it is easy to find clothing that celebrates european ancestry without being some sort of anachronistic farce. i don't think you will ever find me wearing some sort of viking re-enactment garb, but i will still express my germanic heritage through my clothing in subtle ways.
