The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson joined Steve Bannon on The War Room on Tuesday morning.

On Monday, Jordan asked President Trump to comment on the breaking news that Maricopa County officials announced that Runbeck Election Services had mistakenly sent out thousands of ballots by mistake.

A similar issue occurred in 2022, when over 60,000 ballots with incorrect races were sent to voters by mistake ahead of the August primary elections.

Maricopa County announced on Sunday that over 3,000 ballots were mistakenly sent to voters by its ballot printing vendor, Runbeck Election Services, nearly a week before early voting is set to begin in the Grand Canyon State.

Runbeck has a history of controversies. The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on this shady private entity, which was founded by leftists and transports and scans Maricopa County mail-in ballots with no oversight or chain of custody before they are processed and counted by the County.

President Trump told Jordan, “Maricopa just sent out thousands of ballots in error, Maricopa County in Arizona. And they have to be ashamed of themselves.”

Trump added, “By the way, there were no errors. You know that, right? There were no errors.”

On Tuesday Steve Bannon asked Jordan about Runbeck Election Services and their latest slip-up.

Jordan told Steve: “Thank you for highlighting this important issue that’s going on in Maricopa County still. I mean, Runbeck’s had concerns in 2020 and 2022 and 2024, and now they have this weird quote-unquote error.

Apparently, they sent out about over 3,000 ballots to people before early voting was even set to begin, before the ballots were supposed to be mailed out.

They say it was a mistake. They say that they put the ballots on the wrong pallet or gave the wrong pallet to USPS and these ballots got sent out. Now they’re saying, there’s no issue, this didn’t cause any voter disenfranchisement or anything, we should just sweep it under the rug.

Maricopa County announced it on Sunday. They said that Runbeck didn’t even wanna put out a statement about it publicly. They didn’t wanna talk about it, they wanted to just sweep it under the rug. And it’s really representative of the lack of transparency we’ve received from Maricopa County and Runbeck in the past.

Steve Bannon: Luckily, for all our new viewers and listeners, this is an infamous company. In 2022, Kari Lake, the steal went through Runbeck. Am I wrong in that, Brother Conradson?

Jordan Conradson: That’s right.In Kari Lake’s lawsuit, it was alleged that I believe almost 300,000 (actual amount, 35,000) ballots were lacking chain of custody after— chain of custody documentation after they went through Runbeck to be scanned in and sent to the county. So there are these thousands of ballots that are believed to have basically come out of nowhere at the hands of Runbeck. And I mean, what’s especially shocking is this election, you’ve got the same fraudsters on the ballot that were on the ballot in 2022. You’ve got Katie Hobbs, Chris Mayes, Adrian Fontes, the cartel lawyer turned Arizona Secretary of State.

And… people in Arizona are scared. They don’t want this to happen again. They don’t want this to happen to Andy Biggs, Alex Culloden, Warren Peterson, all the great candidates that are running for these statewide positions. And it’s causing a lot of anxiety for the people of Arizona.

North American Telugu Association Extracted Millions of Dollars’ Worth of Fraudulent Donations from Employers Nationwide

SAN JOSE – Dr. Raghava Reddy Ghosala pleaded guilty in federal court yesterday to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to defraud the United States.

Ghosala, 65, of North Wales, Pennsylvania, was charged by information on May 5, 2026. Under the plea agreement, Ghosala pleaded guilty to all counts. In pleading guilty, Ghosala admitted he was the President of the non-profit organization North American Telugu Association, Inc. (also known as NATA) from 2019 through 2022. During this period, and under Ghosala’s leadership, NATA defrauded multiple employers’ corporate matching programs by causing employees to request and secure millions of dollars’ worth of corporate matching payments for purported charitable contributions which did not qualify for matching payments, usually because the contributions were refunded to the employees by NATA, often via cash or payments to intermediaries (rather than to employees directly). Ghosala also admitted he worked with others to falsify NATA’s tax returns for 2019 through 2021 by fraudulently reclassifying expenditures which were actually used to reimburse donors as legitimate expenses. Ghosala then authorized the filing of those tax returns despite the fact that he knew they were false.

Another defendant, Venkateswara Kalluri, was charged in connection with this scheme in case No. 5:25-cr-00066-EJD. Kalluri pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States on June 23, 2025.

United States Attorney Craig H. Missakian, IRS Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI) San Francisco Field Office Acting Special Agent in Charge David Lowe, and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent in Charge Scott Schelbe made the announcement.

Ghosala’s sentencing hearing is scheduled for February 22, 2027, at 1:30 PM before U.S. District Judge Edward J. Davila. Ghosala faces a maximum statutory penalty of 20 years in prison as to the wire fraud conspiracy count, and 5 years in prison as to the conspiracy to defraud the United States count. Any sentence will be imposed by the court after consideration of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and the federal statute governing the imposition of a sentence, 18 U.S.C. § 3553.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael G. Pitman is prosecuting the case with the assistance of Sahib Kaur. The prosecution is the result of an investigation by IRS-CI, and the FBI.

Scheme included the fraudulent acquisition of tens of millions of dollars in gold bars and luxury properties in Florida

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – David J. Rush, 49, of Ashburn, pled guilty today to executing a scheme to defraud the federal government relating to the misuse of his government position, resulting in a loss of approximately $194 million.

“Federal employees are entrusted with serving the American people, not themselves,” said Attorney General Todd Blanche. “The Trump Administration is committed to rooting out waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government, including by prosecuting those who foolishly defraud American taxpayers.”

“The United States entrusted Davis Rush with the resources to protect our nation and its people, and for sheer avarice he chose to betray that trust for personal enrichment,” said First Assistant U.S. Attorney Theophani K. Stamos for the Eastern District of Virginia. “He robbed his country, not just of its treasury, but also of its faith. This office is committed to prosecuting those who undermine the security of the United States.”

“Following an internal investigation that identified potential crimes, CIA immediately referred this matter to the FBI,” said CIA Director John Ratcliffe. “David Rush abused his position and betrayed the public trust and should be held fully accountable for his actions. NEWARK, N.J. – Gerardo Aquino, 40, of Hollywood, Florida, pleaded guilty to accepting bribes and facilitating the laundering of more than $4.8 million to Colombia while employed by TD Bank, N.A., U.S. Attorney Robert Frazer announced.

Aquino, 40, pleaded guilty today before the Honorable Esther Salas in Newark to a two-count Information charging him with conspiring to launder monetary instruments and receipt of bribes by a bank employee. He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 23, 2027.

“The Criminal Division is at the vanguard of protecting the security of the U.S. financial system including against bank insiders,” said Assistant Attorney General A. Tysen Duva of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. “Gerardo Aquino abused his position of trust at TD Bank and enriched himself in the process. Bank insiders who facilitate money laundering and illegal activity for criminal organizations play a critical role for that organization and abuse our financial system. DOJ Moves to Strip Citizenship from Criminals in ‘Largest Denaturalization Effort in Modern History’

The Department of Justice announced on Monday that it had filed denaturalization actions against 40 people accused of serious crimes or acting as agents for foreign governments. The actions were filed in various U.S. district courts, with one individual being accused of committing aggravated sodomy against a special needs man, according to a Justice Department news release.

The DOJ’s Office of Public Affairs said the complaints, filed between Aug. 21 and Oct. 2, 2026, amount to “the largest volume of complaints submitted in a single period under the Trump administration.”

“Under the Immigration and Nationality Act, a naturalized U.S. citizen’s citizenship may be revoked, and certificate of naturalization canceled, if the naturalization was illegally procured or procured by concealment of a material fact or by willful misrepresentation,” the release noted.

Attorney General Todd Blanche said, “Today’s announcement marks the largest denaturalization effort in modern history.”

“From an individual convicted of espionage to others convicted of sexual offenses against minors, these defendants concealed critical facts from the U.S. government and represent serious criminal offenders,” he continued.

Blanche added, “Under President Trump’s leadership, the Department of Justice will continue to employ the denaturalization process to maintain our national security and protect the American people.”

Assistant Attorney General Brett Shumate of the Justice Department’s Civil Division also commented on the news, saying, “Every single one of these individuals lied their way into U.S. citizenship.”

“This administration will continue to pursue the largest denaturalization effort in department history to restore trust and integrity in U.S. citizenship,” he declared. “Our message is clear: the United States will not tolerate deception in the naturalization process.”

The ages of the accused ranged from mid-30s to mid-70s, and they hail from Mexico, Colombia, the United Kingdom, Pakistan, India, the Philippines, Sierra Leone, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Egypt, Nigeria, Cameroon, Nepal, Peru, Haiti, Ghana, China, and Cambodia.

The crimes varied from sexual abuse and manslaughter to espionage and fraud.

This operation is in line with President Donald Trump’s aggressive immigration agenda that has included deportations, visa reform, and a willingness to use denaturalization as a deterrent against future criminal activity.

This news comes less than one week after the Justice Department announced it had indicted 10 foreign nationals from various countries who are accused of illegally voting in Minnesota elections.

“The law is clear, only American citizens may vote in American elections, and enforcing this law is fundamental to our democracy,” Blanche said. “That should not be a partisan concept.”

The denaturalization move also comes on the heels of the Department of Homeland Security publicizing that Immigration and Customs Enforcement made a barrage of high-profile arrests late last month that included “murderers, child sexual predators, and child abusers who should not have been in our country in the first place.”

Those indicted were from Cuba, Laos, Mexico, Nigeria, Micronesia, the Dominican Republic, and El Salvador.

The list of offenses included murder, sexual abuse of a minor, assault, and drug possession with intent to distribute heroin and fentanyl.

The U.S. Army's McAlester Army Ammunition Plant is a massive munitions plant located in southeastern Oklahoma and will soon be producing warheads for former Google CEO Eric Schmidt's suicide drone arsenal.

Defense Blog reports that McAlester plant officials held a "ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the partnership" with Schmidt's drone company, Perennial Autonomy.

The Oklahoma plant will build, load, and deliver warheads for Perennial drones. Officials didn’t disclose the deal's production volumes, delivery schedule, value, or which drones would carry the munitions.

Earlier this year, the Department of War's counter-drone task force, JIATF-401, awarded Perennial a three-year contract with a $500 million ceiling covering its Merops, Bumblebee, and Hornet systems.

Perennial's Merops interceptor was developed to counter Russian Shahed one-way attack drones and costs about $15,000 per interceptor. The company says the counter-drone system has completed more than 4,000 interceptions in Ukraine.

In mid-February, Schmidt wrote a Financial Times opinion piece stating: "Future wars are going to be defined by unmanned weapons."

About 15 days before Schmidt's op-ed, we warned that every data center should be equipped with a kinetic drone interceptor to combat loitering munitions, only to find out 30 days later, during the opening phase of the US-Iran conflict, that Tehran had bombed several data centers in US-allied Gulf countries.

For signals about the drone industry and where it's headed, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth revealed last week that "AutoWarCom" will lead the initiative to stockpile drones for the US military as part of a massive procurement supercycle.

The 310,000-barrel-a-day Cardon refinery shut down earlier today, according to a Reuters report citing people familiar with the matter, who said a gas line connected to its diesel hydrotreater exploded.

Cardon forms part of the 955,000-barrel-a-day Paraguana Refining Center, Venezuela's largest refining complex. State-owned PDVSA operates the refinery.

Venezuela's refineries are in poor condition after years of underinvestment, deferred maintenance and recurring equipment failures.

"Venezuela's Cardon and Amuay refineries are part of the Paraguana Refining Center, which is one of the world's largest but has been operating at a fraction of capacity for the last decade because of lack of maintenance," the Energy Information Administration wrote in a recent report.

Paraguana has historically supplied fuel to China, Singapore and Cuba, with European markets also among its export destinations. However, increased US involvement in Venezuela's oil industry has likely rerouted some of those flows.

Acting Army Secretary Adam Telle announced Tuesday that the execution of former Army psychiatrist and convicted terrorist and shooter Nidal Malik Hasan by firing squad will take place in December.

Hasan was convicted in 2013 of fatally shooting 13 people in 2009 and injuring 32 others at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas.

President Donald Trump approved the execution and method on Monday and Telle signed an order for the execution to take placeat Fort Hood on Dec. 3, 2026, at 1 p.m. Central.

Hasan's execution will mark the first death sentence the military has carried out since 1961, when U.S. Army Private John Bennett was executed by hanging at the gallows of the U.S. Disciplinary Barracks in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

Hasan has been held on death row at Fort Leavenworth since his conviction.
