I liked the rugrats episode where Phil and Lil's mother gets them different diaper than usual (they were on sale or something like that) and they're so ridiculously thick that the two of them can't move around.

Ironically I watched rugrats a lot as a kid but I never really associated any moment or theme in the show with this fetish other than that one.

I got my crossdressing and diaper thing from a young age from that episode where Chuckie and Phil wear dresses. I was too young to even know I was into that, I just remember really wanting to wear dresses for a while after.

Finally managed to live that out 15 or so years later. Still never wore a diaper though.

There were a couple that I recall, but in particular I'd have to say a few episodes of The Fairly OddParents where Timmy was regressed (or in one instance Cosmo)

"The Toilet" According to Jim episode has a scene where they have a grown man in a Huggies. Pretty hot tbh.

Probably the episode that put this whole idea in my head was the one where it was Angelica's birthday and she didn't like the idea of growing up and having responsibilities, so she decided to go back to being a baby, wearing diapers and all.

The episode of Jimmy Neutron "Granny Baby" where he turns his grandma into a baby and she messes multiple times. I watched it whenever it was on the TV as a teen.
