I watched it purely for its reputation as one of the most disgusting and off putting movies.
there is some sexual violence, but chan culture has made that rather boring to me.
They tried to get you to feel sorry for the main character, but in the end I couldn't really care.
I would say for people who are not used to gore, sexual violence and exploitation in movies it is surely shocking and the ending might even draw you in, but it didn't really do it for me.
