I'm thinking about making a Real Estate website where people could request and post info about houses for sale that the rest of the biz ("Realtors") is failing to provide to Buyers.
People interested in a house could post cash rewards for specific or general info, and the website would take a %.
I'm thinking of using the same software and format as 4Chan or 8Kun. Google says 4Chan only costs $200k per year to run.
Maybe I'll try to get in touch with Jim or his kid. I hear 8kun runs on some Open Source software.
I guess the image and thread etc format would work OK, as long as its searchable by entering a standard USPS address format, as well as regional county/city/state, etc.
