Imdb once the dust has settled, a lot of companies are trying to rig the system during the first months of the film premiere but after that the rating is more accurate.

I also just read the rating the user reviewers have given, just be careful if you do that because of the spoilers.

RT is better for judging the best films from those that are good or otherwise above average, whereas IMDB is better for the midcard. If a film is widely regarded as shit, then see it for yourself and make your own judgment. That goes for anything below 55% on RT or below 6.5/10 on IMDB.
